Management Team

Mr Ohuoba is a seasoned Accountant and Banker. He holds a B.Sc in Accounting and Master of Business Administration - MBA (Lagos Business School). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He began his working career with Akintola Williams and Co & worked in various banks including Ivory Merchant Bank, Pinnacle Commercial Bank, Equitorial Trust Bank and Mainstreet Bank, where he rose to General Manager and left in 2012. He was the Managing Director/CEO of Cosmopolitan Garanti Ltd a renowned consultancy outfit until he resigned and joined Trustfund Microfinance Bank. He is presently the Managing director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank.

Mr. Joseph Orhue Imasuen is presently a Deputy General Manager in the bank and the Group Head, Credit and Marketing. He holds a B.sc in Sociology and an MBA both from the University of Benin. He started his career in Edo State Government, where he worked in the Planning, Research and Statistics Department in 1992 before moving to the banking sector. His banking experience started in the then Afribank Plc where he worked from 1992 till 2012, rising to the position of Regional Manager before exiting. He is a Professional member of Nigeria Institute of Management, Nigeria Institute of Marketing, Chartered Institute of Banking of Nigeria and he is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.

He is a seasoned banker. He holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration - MBA and M.sc Banking and Finance from the University of Benin. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He started his working career with New Nigeria Bank Plc and also worked in Equity Bank Ltd, later Intercontinental Bank and he joined Trustfund Microfinance Bank Limited in 2011. He is presently an Assistant General Manager in charge of Risks and Compliance in the bank.

He has been in the banking industry since 2003 where he started his career with Unity Bank Plc and worked till 2022 after which he joined Trustfund Microfinance Bank Limited in 2024. He holds a B.Sc. in Industrial Mathematics from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma and an M.B.A. from the University of Benin. He is presently the Group Head of Operations in the bank.

He is a graduate of Law from Ambrose Ali University (AAU). He graduated from Nigeria Law School in the year 2000. He started his working career with Ogefere & Co in 2001. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He later joined Bendel Feed & Flour Mill Ltd in 2002 until he joined Trustfund Microfinance Bank Limited in 2010. He is currently the Company Secretary/Legal adviser of the bank.

He holds a B.Sc. in Economics and Master of Business Administration - MBA from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He is a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He started his working career with Unity Bank Plc and later joined Trustfund Microfinance Bank Limited in 2011. He is presently the Head, Credit Risks in the bank.

He holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting from IMT, Enugu. He is a member of the Association National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and a Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He began his career with Talent West Africa, a Telecommunication company in 2002, where he worked till 2012 and later joined Trustfund Micro Finance Bank Limited in 2012. He is presently the Head of Audit of the bank.

He holds a B.Sc. in Statistics with Computer Science from University of Benin. A Certified Microfinance Banker (MCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria in-view. Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN) in-view. He started his working career with Prosperity Microfinance Bank and later joined Trustfund Microfinance Bank Limited in 2017. He is presently the Head, Accounts/IT in the bank.

His hold a Higher Diploma in Estate Management from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin in 2009. He worked in Unity Bank PLC between 2011 to 2019. He is a Chartered member of Nigeria Institute of Management. He later joined Trustfund Micro Finance Bank Limited in May 2020 as the Head of Electronic Banking Unit.

He holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting from IMT, Enugu.
